We dropped it off during business hours but no one was there. The sign said “Open” but the only door we could find was padlocked shut. If anyone was there, they didn’t come out in the 20 minutes we were there doing our check in. The place felt disorganized and we didn’t really know where to park.

DAVID EMy pickup time was 3pm. I arrived at 3:15 and no one was there. I called the number listed and he said he’d be about a half hour until he could get there. We sat in our car and waited until almost 4 for him to arrive.
