These hours at this location were very limiting. Our rental expired at 8 AM and the site is on demand until about nine, so we had to use the U-Haul application to process the return. Did not like the application very much.

BRIAN AThe website needs improvement and I was lied to. I was told I would only be charged for one day and ended up being charged for 2. I even reached out to see what happened a day I still haven't received an answer.
Amanda JWe dropped it off during business hours but no one was there. The sign said “Open” but the only door we could find was padlocked shut. If anyone was there, they didn’t come out in the 20 minutes we were there doing our check in. The place felt disorganized and we didn’t really know where to park.
