Owner showed up late . My moving crew was there at 845, 15 minutes before my appointment at 9am. Owner showed up at 915-920. Took forever like it was his first time. This location was not my first choice. I rented my truck at paradise acres on hwy 212 Les than 5 minutes from home. Even after I told him it was a one way trip to madras Oregon, he never mentioned that his trucks were local only !!! I will have to rethink where and with whom I rent from next time I need a truck !!!

Not my first choice location wise as it was a 30 min drive to pick up. U-Haul thankfully reserved the best choice for my situation and accommodated an earlier pick since I was rolling solo.
Audra HI had a schedule drop off time between two and four that day. I actually returned it a day early and he knew I was coming that day. There was nobody there when I got there. It looked like a classic redneck operation and plus I was charged $26 extra for extra miles when there was no extra miles not happy with this location at all. very unclean disorganized lots of clutter. How can somebody run a business like this? vehicles blocking the entrance and the exit.
Karen HBattery issues, were taken care of, but delayed trip by a few days. Had to unhook negative battery cable at night so it wouldn’t be dead in the morning. I did this on my own doing so I wouldn’t be broke down without cell service in the mountain pass. Check engine light was on all day Wednesday. But off on Thursday. All other gauges were in normal range. Tom was always checking on me. He is the best. But truck perhaps has a short somewhere.
