This is a horrible location to rent a truck from. It's in a convenience store and the attendant is not well trained or versed on the Uhual policies since he works for the convenience store. I don't recommend this location pickup to anyone. I had to call customer service for help and then file a dispute which took over an hr before I could get the truck and pushed my timing behind. I'm am so upset with my experience today.

Allan EWe had a pick up scheduled for 11 am The key was not in lockbox and the guy came to open the store by 12 pm after we called him twice and waited outside on a public on particularly hot day for more than an hour delaying us to be on time for our elevator booking that i had paid for from 12-3 pm costing us more time and a delay of over an hour for the whole move as a result I also had no access to service elevator due to loosing an hour from my booked time that i had paid for chasing this uhaul pick up Not to mention i made this reservation weeks in advance only to find out less hours 24 hours from the pick up reservation time and location that my location was changed without any written message and the voicemail was that was left just said us back instead of saying that the equipment was not available I also spent friday night 30 mins on the phone because i had everything paid for Saturday based on this reservation and confirmation to find a new truck Absolutely horrible schedule management. Very very disappointed
