Waited half hour to get the truck. Store couple open and closed boxes leaving me waiting 45 minutes. They kept speaking in their own language with no stop, and ignoring me. That was very embarrassed. I returned the truck, same day. They charged me three days, even though truck was in their backyard. Thank God customer service refunded extra days charged on purpose by these store people.

Susanna NOkay so to start off this location is located directly in front of what seems to be an abandoned building / halfway house. Crack heads roam the area and will sometimes sleep in the back of the rental vans which is what a woman that lived nearby told me to be cautious of. I felt very unsafe and extremely uncomfortable as I was alone picking up the van. I will never get a u haul from this location and I caution anyone who does. I got followed while I was getting inside the van and had to lock the doors as this strange man was trying to convince me to get out and open the door. A terrifying experience that was completely unnecessary.
Nina ZThey charged me for more miles that I travelled. I even mentioned in the notes and called U-Haul helpline. Nothing happened. Won’t recommend this location and even U-Haul to anyone now.
