SUVIN PThank goodness there was someone at the location to help with the check-in process since I took OVER A DOZEN PHOTOS - including 6 photos of the back of the van and 3 of the interior when I TRIED TO USE THE MOBILE CHECKIN PROCESS .. BUT the Mobile App has a SERIOUS PROBLEM since NONE of the Photos I took while in the app were accepted ... it was absolutely STUCK IN A LOOP! Thus, I highly recommend you get your IT folks to trouble shoot the photo upload section of the check-in process since it did NOT WORK at all. Please pardon the CAPITAL LETTERS ... just trying to EMPHASIZE the key parts of the process that did not work. It's a great idea in theory but it did not work at all in practice. Good luck with getting that working so other folks are also not stuck as I was. Thank goodness the staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. :-)
