Thank goodness there was someone at the location to help with the check-in process since I took OVER A DOZEN PHOTOS - including 6 photos of the back of the van and 3 of the interior when I TRIED TO USE THE MOBILE CHECKIN PROCESS .. BUT the Mobile App has a SERIOUS PROBLEM since NONE of the Photos I took while in the app were accepted ... it was absolutely STUCK IN A LOOP! Thus, I highly recommend you get your IT folks to trouble shoot the photo upload section of the check-in process since it did NOT WORK at all. Please pardon the CAPITAL LETTERS ... just trying to EMPHASIZE the key parts of the process that did not work. It's a great idea in theory but it did not work at all in practice. Good luck with getting that working so other folks are also not stuck as I was. Thank goodness the staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. :-)

Uhaul service ay location was outstanding. Movers booked via uhaul were horrible, 90 minutes late, dragged their feet while I lapped them (100 pound woman) , stunk like BO, and insisted i review before they left which pressured me into leaving a fake 5 star review that should have been 2.
SARAH KI had a very frustrating experience with U-Haul. I showed up at my confirmed 9:00 a.m. appointment only to find out they had moved it to 10:00 without telling me. Then they cancelled the reservation altogether because the previous driver hadn’t returned the van. I was given a smaller vehicle, which forced me to make multiple trips, and they had no dollies available. Customer service offered me only a $50 rebate and said they couldn’t do more. The whole process made my move far more stressful, and I felt like the company didn’t care about the impact on me. Reliability is critical when moving, and this experience fell short.
GAVIN AIt took an hr to check in at the location. My order reservation was changed, possibly because of adding the accident insurance, instead of including it in the original reservation. Either way we were in such a hurry by the end, that we were on the move site before noticing that the supplies (blankets and trolley) requested in the original order, were never in the back of the truck - the attendant didn't remove them before we drove off and he too seemed surprised when I showed him the email order with the new reservation. That proved to be inconvenient, to say the least
Topika SBooked a reservation for 9:00AM, with dollies and furniture pads. Come to the location of pick up, and was informed that the location does not provide any of the mentioned items, just truck pick up. Okay. Picked up around 9:30, and dropped off around 3:50, and was berated by the staff that I am late, and will be charged a late fee (double what my original estimate was).
