Good customer service. Smooth pick up and drop off. Van was clean. However furniture blankets that I had ordered for weren't supplied.

This review is mainly aimed at consumers who also rent cars. It would be wonderful if everyone showed respect for other people's property, even when renting it out and paying money for it. My overall rental experience has been extremely positive, except for one detail: someone before me had apparently rented the car to transport pig manure or animal carcasses. The stench was overwhelming, but since it is summer, opening the windows makes it okay. To other customers: if you expect the company to order a $300 deep detailing job after your $100 rental just to remove all traces of your presence, that is wrong. Overall, the service is great, everything was on time, and billing was exactly as expected. I am satisfied.

Stewart GI wasn't able to pickup the rental because the store wasn't open. Apparently this is typical for this location according to the neighbours. Why are they even a Uhaul retailer? Support was able to transfer my booking to Royal Gas a couple blocks north and the service there was amazing.
