All is fine, except I made the order to pickup at U-Haul Colton Feed Henryetta Ok. I received a email 3 days before that reservation had changed to a location 30 miles away. Do not understand what went wrong with my original location. New pick up location in Eufaula Ok. was fine and drop off at Lewisville Tx. was fine. All in all I completed my move.

The location was nice, but no one was there to talk to.
PATRICIA BThey weren't there at 8:30am, so I dropped it off and came back later to inform them. They already knew when I got there. I guess they check their trailers daily. There was no problem with them.
STEVE TThe entire rental process was a nightmare. The paperwork got all mixed up and the ease of just renting the equipment was also a nightmare
Trey FNot to cancel a contract after 1&1/2 hr being late as I was not told I had to be there at the time stated as I was told it would be ready at 10: am not I had to get it at 10: am!!! Much differences!!!!
