Pick up area was strange and office in a ConX box. Did not feel like a safe place. The staff was friendly and the truck was in excellent condition.

The location was not really a customer center but more of a storage center. The actual personnel was great but the facility itself isn't very customer friendly. Having said that, the equipment was fine and the pickup went great.
