The posted signage says to call a number if after hours. I called the number and it went to voicemail. There was no guidance on where to park the trailer. I did not feel confident leaving the furniture dolly in the rear of the truck with no attendee or representative at the property.

Lokendra BThis location was 3rd party so they didn't have dollys. Other than that it was easy to set up. The employee was quick and made adjustments and notified me they dont have dollys. If you dont need dollys this place is alright.

EDWARD AWas this n middle of a junk yard. Inside of truck floor board was dirty from the dirt lot. When reservation was booked I was told would be in grapevine. And was changed 2 day prior had to drive by the grapevine location to go to euless and saw 6 trucks sitting just like mine. Was asked to bring. Trailer up also and they changed that on me also 3 times. And I just cancelled that part. I was very disappointed in this process
