I’m just having trouble receiving my deposit back or whatever that supposed to go back to my card. It’s not going through not showing up.

Please check out everything on the U-Haul truck .The lady went all around the truck and we marked everything and the only thing we didn’t Check was the ramp . When we left we had no idea that the ramp was broken they did everything they could to fix it but the man took the ramp off and he put it aside . What ever you do make sure the ramp w useable. Thank God They did everything possible to make sure that we were safe and gave us extra time to get it unloaded.. Thank you UHaul .
