And I did not get reimbursed for the day I did not use the uhaul truck on May 13th. I turned it in on that 12th. A day early, and giving enough time to re-rent.

JEREMY NThey did not know how to process a rental. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes as the employee called his boss on a cell phone and the boss attempted to guide the employee on speaker phone. They filled up the gas tank with 8 gallons of gas when I used 10 miles round trip for the rental.
