I would never rent another U-Haul from them! The U-Haul was full of garbage, including cockroaches never inspected. The U-Haul rental desk was right next to the container containing methamphetamine pipes! U-Haul did make it right and got me in a new truck within an hour 60 miles away from the place I rented it so I will give U-Haul five stars and customer service. I just would never rent one from Eustis food mart!

The cab had garbage and food crumbs. The seats and steering wheel were dirty. We had ordered moving blankets - they had none on pickup day. There was no windshield wiper fluid.
