Instead of having to call UHaul from the store's phone, it would have been nice to have that all pre-arranged. Also, make sure that the equipment pre-ordered is included. We included a furniture dolly and 12 blankets in the reservation, but none of that was in the truck.

Dropped off in the evening. Location was a “convenience” store. Drop off area was small, unlit and impossible to park a 20’ truck. I felt silly taking pictures of a vehicle in complete darkness. Took awhile to drop off the keys because the building was recently painted and the drop box was covered. Couple of random vehicles loitering in the drop off area. Easily the worst I’ve experienced.

JOHN JFirst issue the clerk working wasn’t trained on how to process the check out so while he drank coffee I had to wait for someone to get on the phone to assist. Very unprofessional. Them there parking lot was under construction and the trucks were in a tight spot due to materials all over the parking lot . Definitely won’t be going back
JOSHUA WHad to wait Four hours for the truck to be ready. First few reservations did not process. App didn't work properly, kept redirecting for no reason. USB ports in truck did not work. Fuel MPG gauge did not work. Driver's side door was damaged and didn't close properly. Four days after drop off and Inspection UHaul sent me a $53 gas bill, which automatically included a late fee, even though it was just sent and couldn't possibly be late. Paid $23 because that said the fuel was an eighth of a tank off. Went to check pick up slips in the app to compare, magically disappeared. Couldn't provide me with proof. Definitely will never use Uhaul ever again. I've done business with them for almost thirty years.
