Agent did not combine the truck and trailer rental together, causing me to not get the discount received when I originally booked online. Agent also added insurance to both items, causing my credit card to go over the limit.

Great job
Michael MI scheduled a U-Haul about two weeks in advance. I then received a phone call that the location I chose did not have the truck that I needed and I would have to drive 33 miles away to get the truck. I wanted. A person told me that the location will be open until five. I got there at 4:30 and it was closed. I ordered two furniture dollies and there was only one inside of the truck. I ordered 12 furniture blankets and there were only four in the truck. I have used U-Haul in the past every time I moved in the past, but this time was a major frustration and disappointment
Erik SIt’s nothing I can say are complain about this location, except the customer service I received from this location. When you find someone that went beyond there service to help a person after hours speaks highly of the individual. With that being said it’s nothing he the owner of Hardy’s uhaul can do to improve his business. Its well over a 💯% customer satisfaction. So no, it’s nothing he can do that needs to be improved.
TERRY LGentleman was very helpful, even though was having computers issues continued until was able to complete rental.
