In the middle of nowhere, no personnel, that was ok, but your app was awful and there was no way to return the truck without using it and I was so angry with the experience. This will make me not use uhaul again

I don't think the lock combination was ever reset - my lock code was already input for that set of keys, so all I had to do was flick open the lock without changing/inputting any new combination.
