The gate was open and no one was stationed at this site. I had to call someone to make sure I was at the correct location. I was told to park the vehicle and drop the key in a lock box. The overall process was okay but I thought someone would have been there during the stated hours.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIn the middle of nowhere, no personnel, that was ok, but your app was awful and there was no way to return the truck without using it and I was so angry with the experience. This will make me not use uhaul again
AMY BI don't think the lock combination was ever reset - my lock code was already input for that set of keys, so all I had to do was flick open the lock without changing/inputting any new combination.
