Some of the workers at this location don’t like to help customers. After they go over all the paperwork with you they just say have a good day. They don’t come out to help attach the trailer or anything. I walked in and said a had a reservation and the lady that was helping me said I hate U-Haul. Also said I don’t know why they make us go over it again with them if they do it then self’s
