ANTONIO PReserved a car transport two weeks in advance in Rock Springs wyoming. Not available on the day I had reserved had to drive 100 miles to Evanston Wyoming to pick up the transport.
ALFRED RI get the impression that the online rental system that all UHaul rental outlets tap into is finicky and hard to navigate. I visited three UHaul locations in 2 days, and three different people in three rental locations seemed to run into similar hiccups with the rental system. I also had to connect with UHaul's central "dispatch" team by phone. They were good, but inconsistent with regard to who I needed to be speaking to about what. One CS person handled everything on her own. Another had to hand me off within the system for something pretty straightforward. In other words, be patient if you're working with UHaul. In general, a good experience.
AMY HThis location was the closest one in Evanston, WY to our our new home BUT it was/is NOT included as a drop off location for Evanston. I called in three time to make the correction but was told this wasn't an option to drop off on Front St (rather than Centennial). Thanks!
