The Lumber forced me to buy an adaptor for the trailer lights instead of providing what was needed for my local 5 hour trailer rental. I found this to be outrageous, unprofessional and an underhanded way of extracting more money from a local customer.

The trailer we rented on the app was ready and in good working order. It wasn’t filthy, but the floor did not seem to have been swept out. The check out and check in process was easy and relatively quick. I also like that this location has greater hours of availability than the other locations in Evanston, which prevented us from having to rush to get the trailer back.
