Very friendly
JAMES WDarrall was not pleasant and later apologized. His location is inaccurate with GPS systems, so very challenging to find. His rudeness did not help the frustrating situation of getting the equipment that I needed. He also took over an hour to get me on the road. Before I got there, he told me "if it's raining, I won't help you with the tow dolly."
