No fault of the establishment. The auto transport trailer I had was a bit old. There were some pieces that were damaged but still functional. Such as the driver side fender which lowers to let the car door open. The hinge on the fender was iffy at best. It held for the 600 mile trip I had. But I would think this trailer should be removed from service or repaired..

I rented a trailer from Buxtons boxes last Friday. More than 24 hours after dropping the trailer off I received an unsettling voicemail asking when they can expect the equipment to be returned. I responded promptly stating that it had in fact been returned more than a day ago only to be told that they didn't feel like taking a walk to see if it was back. I will not be returning to Buxtons boxes for a rental.
