Would I recommend this U-Haul location to someone else? Heck, I had recommended it before the day was over! And specifically Marissa, who was the agent that worked with me. She could not have been more kind, courteous, or professional. She was engaging and experienced, and it showed. When she walked me through the process, there was nothing about it that felt foreign or beyond my reach. While I’m a believer that women can do pretty much anything that a man can do, driving a 20 foot truck did give me pause momentarily. However, Marissa helped me feel confident and equipped to handle the challenge of the day and I am grateful.
