I spent over an hour trying to get pictures of my license you would accept. I ended up in chat with someone who finally got me approved. You need a better way of validating who a person is. Taking photos on a bright sunny day in a car with a very good phone camera does not work well.
Robert CDidn’t have my equipment and the truck was very dirty inside but I understand that the reservation before me returned it late and the support on the phone was good

NICHOLAS DI reserved a truck for one location the east prompted I had to pick up at a further location the night before the pick up the as I picked up truck it was blocked in by 4 others trucks very frustrating and inconvenient
