How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe gas gauge was not in proper working order. It read 3/4 full when I picked it up, so I stopped to fill it before my trip. It only took 2 gallons but still showed 3/4 on the gauge. But when I filled it prior to returning it, the gauge then read full. I asked if I could get a refund for 1/4 tank, but was told it was unlikely. This doesn't seem right, especially with gas prices so high. I feel I should be refunded for 1/4 tank of gas. thank you,
Wendy Fgreat service...the local manager worked hard to make sure things were "made right" after a reservation mistake. The check in and return process was very simple.
PAUL OReturned on a Saturday and office was closed, so no interaction with staff or anything to be inviting about a drop box or parking lot. That said the location is behind a Ford dealership without a Uhaul sign that I could see. It is however close to where we were staying.
