Maybe use a different kind of lock. Those word locks are atrocious and took 3 people almost 45 minutes to get it off. The "video" that instructs you how to use those combination locks references a lock that is MUCH newer than what is actually on the truck, so it was confusing trying to line up the word with a "black line" that doesn't exist on that first generation/rusted lock. Also your return instructions make zero mention of said lock.
