The staff at this location were friendly and helpful. Making the booking, picking up and returning the truck were all easy, and the truck was clean and in good condition/working order.

Poor communication on price over the phone it sounds like $0.19 a km and I reconfirmed on pickup that was correct. When I got back I was told it’s actually $1.19 But I was charged for $1.92 a km. I don’t plan on using u-haul again it cost me 4 Times as much as I was told because of poor communication and now I’m out 400$ on something i figured was less. I had other options and chose this because of what I thought it would cost from what I was told and it turned out wrong. Came out to basically $850 when i figured it would be maybe 400$ not impressed.
JUSTIN MI book online to save time with pickup. But every time I have to go through the same ordeal twice....name addresss second contact etc. I should just have to show my ID and roll away.
