But not during the winter months the truck we rented was buried in snow we had to dig it out and shovel because the lot hadn’t been cleared and this was at 10:30am and when we returned it at around 7 pm lot still wasn’t cleared and the truck got stuck but otherwise truck was great. I think since they knew that truck was rent they should have made sure that the truck was ready and easy to leave the lot with out us doing the shoveling

The pickup clerk was incredible as the trailer was stuck in a pile of snow and a truck parked in front. When I brought it back there was a different clerk who claimed he was the owner. I couldnt manoeuvre between the same vehicles so went in and asked the clerk for help. He came out, disconnected the trailer and then he took it off the hitch. He couldnt hold the trailer and it hit my car. I Immediately moved my car and then followed the clerk into the store where his attitude about hitting my car was awful. I took his photo to file a complaint and he became irate. He chased me outside and rammed his phone in my face telling me it was my fault. I photographed the damage and called UHaul before I moved my vehicle and reported the incident. I also ensured that the rental agreement had been finalised. I was beyond upset about this incident and the way the clerk behaved. I will NEVER give this location my business for anything.
ARLENE JThe staff at this location were friendly and helpful. Making the booking, picking up and returning the truck were all easy, and the truck was clean and in good condition/working order.
PETER NPoor communication on price over the phone it sounds like $0.19 a km and I reconfirmed on pickup that was correct. When I got back I was told it’s actually $1.19 But I was charged for $1.92 a km. I don’t plan on using u-haul again it cost me 4 Times as much as I was told because of poor communication and now I’m out 400$ on something i figured was less. I had other options and chose this because of what I thought it would cost from what I was told and it turned out wrong. Came out to basically $850 when i figured it would be maybe 400$ not impressed.
JUSTIN MI book online to save time with pickup. But every time I have to go through the same ordeal twice....name addresss second contact etc. I should just have to show my ID and roll away.
