The online booking process was great!
Duncan CThe truck was old and did not run well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The website is misleading, it said I could rent a 10 foot cube but they didn't own one and the 15 was already rented. If I hadn't checked my reservation by phone I would have been screwed. I had to speak to the head office and could only get a 26 foot which was ridiculously bigger than I needed but I had to have something. I ended up paying 90 bucks in gas and driving this large old clunker to Toronto to move my son into a one bedroom.
CHRISTIAN BNothing. Uhaul hasn't changed in 20+years, still the same old bullshit as before. You took money out of my account without authorization. Didn't get the truck or equipment I booked which was guaranteed, truck was disgusting, overcharged, took money without authorization. Typical American trash.
JAMES WI couldn't get what I wanted - a 10 foot truck. Had to take a 15. So, it would be nice to have a better selection. I called the Parkhill location which is closer to where I live but they had no trucks at all.
