They don’t know how or what they are doing I’m sure I was over charged took 45 minutes just to get on the road

Daniel pThey charged me more than the price that I supposed to pay. They referred me to call customer service but they were unable to fix the problem. That was bad experience, I won’t recommend that.
MOJTABA SA day before pick up I called to see if they were open at 6 for pick up. They said yes I told them I had a reservation for a 20’ truck in the morning . He aid it won’t be available until the afternoon and to call back later in the afternoon to see what time it was available. They hadn’t notified head branch if I hadn’t called we would have really messed up a lot of peoples day. We found another location in London and still dropped the vehicle off in Exeter the fella told my husband it wasn’t clean. And had to be swept out yet we picked up boxes and never stepped in gravel the truck was given to us as it was returned.
