Truck worked all day but when I went to drop off the truck something went wrong when was braking a horrible noise would happen and even though I paid for the insurance I was charged for damages by an extra 74$ will never recommend uhaul for the sneaky ways you guys charge extra

JOHN WTruck was dirty in the back at pickup and was charged a cleaning fee at drop off
Victor HI was told by U-haul that I could pick up the truck & trailer at 8:00 but A to Z doesn't open. until 9:00. I told the person at A to Z about the misinformation and she responded very rudely. Very snarky help.
