Jim, at the desk, always takes good care of me. This time, he went out on the lot to check the rented truck because I had left it there in the middle of the rental period to run a different errand with my own van but thought I had left the key in the truck cab. That is service.
DAVID JCustomer service was very helpful but when we were finally able to get the truck it had a dead battery and we had to jump it so it would start
Brian WI booked an in person pickup. When I got there, the office was closed and under construction. I tried checking in online and the process was not intuitive and cumbersome. The customer service was horrible at this location. It took longer for us to get the UHaul than it did for us to load it with the condo we were moving. It was a horrendous experience that we have communicated to our friends and family.
Thomas MHave used them twice and will continue using them. They treat you like family. Excellent place to go and being greeted by Penelope is a plus !!
