When I got to the location to pick up the 10 ft truck for 19.95 to pick up a washer & Dryer ONLY I was forced into a 15 ft truck!! Priced HIGHER than my budget. Was “told” that price was adjusted and it was not!

FRANCINA JThis location was right across the street from where I live. The Customer service (Erica) out of Houston, Tx screwed up things horribly and instead of putting me in a drop off and self storage according to my location, they had me in that location I had to remove from. So this location was perfect and Jessica the agent is Awesome!
