Great customer service and vehicle no issues. Now the cellphone "internet reception" is terrible while trying to return truck after hours using mobile app. Mission was accomplished!

That staff at this location were extremely nice. Great customer service
DAMON CThe truck available was left there unexpectedly. The gas cap was missing, and the cargo door latch was damaged. But that was no reflection on the service received.
RHODESIA HThe dolly was unavailable although requested at booking and no boxes available either. The truck was not clean and a left tire needed air making the ride uncomfortable.
WHITNEY BI was given the runaround on which location had a truck that was available. The truck that I finally got had tire issues however I was able to get to my location and back to the pick up location.
