The location address and the pick-up address were different. I went to Clean Air Products, located at11110 Lee Hwy Fairfax, VA 22030, to pick-up the truck as instructed by the U-Haul app. When I got there, the store attendant told me the van was parked somewhere else. He gave me the key and I had to drive a few minutes to pick-up the van at 11204 James Swart Cir Fairfax, VA 22030. When I was about to drop-off in the same location I picked up, the app wouldn't let me do it because the location I was picking up from wasn't the one registered to Clean Air Products. I had to drive to Clean Air Products to be able to go through the drop-off process. I left the truck 11110 Lee Hwy, Fairfax, VA 22030, because that's what the U-Haul app was telling me to do and I took all the photos there. But, the box to drop off the keys was not there. I left the truck there, where the app was telling me to, and had to drive back to the pick-up location. There I found the box on the floor. I don't think the guy contracted by U-Haul is supposed to have the vans and trucks in a different location then the one in the business. It was a bit worrying that I had to drop-off the van there, but drop-off the keys somewhere else.

Need to clearly identify that you’re going to an an unrelated business to check in. And to have to drive to a strip mall blocks away to pick up the vehicle
MICHAEL TFirst, I went to state that this location was efficient and timely in checking out are U-Haul truck. He was very informative and gave great directions as the trucks are not located at this actual store. My only issue with this location is actually with U-Haul. Apparently this location does not promise to have any packing pads or dollies available. We were disappointed that the packing blankets that we ordered for the move were not available for us. I see that we were not charged for them but very disappointed that this location does not offer and it was not make clear to me when I made the reservation The people making the reservations need to be trained that this location does not offer dollies nor packing blankets
HEIDE CThe store name is different then the description online. The trucks are not on site, they are down the road about a mile. This was not made obvious online. There is a small sign on the store front that is difficult to see.
