The truck I was given needs to be taken out of the fleet. It clearly had transmission issues among others based on the noises I was hearing. This location is not suitable as you check in at one spot then drive down the road to the actual pick up location. The U-Haul app does not allow you to do the return paperwork because it does not accept the return location as correct - it thinks you need to return it to the check in spot. I was also given a truck full of trash, dirt, and confetti that I had to clear out before using it.

The location had me dig the truck out of the snow in the parking lot to be able to use it! I should have ask for a discount. It to me 30 minutes to dig out while the movers were waiting at the house to move my furniture into the truck
RICHARD LTruck was left in a different location than key pick up. We were not informed of this prior to our scheduled pick up time. Dolly was not included with truck even though it was reserved and paid for. Difficult to find truck at location as there was no clear path or directions.
