Website needs to be updated. Instead of trying to get customer to purchase all of these additional moving supplies, rental lockers etc. perhaps the website should put more detail into the actual truck rental agreement. Minimum of 25 miles should be advised. Additional cost associated with Going over estimated milage should be clearly stated. These were not indicated clearly on website but the truck rental agent I spoke to in person clearly advised these issues.

BABAK BWe ordered a dozen pads. The pads were not included, but we were charged. I emailed immediately after we received our bill and it still has not been taken off our bill.
Thomas SI rented a truck to move some product and furniture into my business, and was on a tight time-line . We had 4 hours. Rented the truck from 2-6. I have never used this location before, and never will again. I specifically asked for a "counter pick-up" of the truck - which was one of the options for this location. About 90 minutes before my set pick-up time, I received an email informing me that my reservation had been changed to a "Truck Share 24/7" reservation. I did not see the email, as I was working until the time I arrived to pick up the truck. Arrived, could not find an office to pick up my truck from the counter, as I had requested. Called the number, and was connected to a Customer Service person who was absolutely lovely and helpful. She walked me through the entire process, even trying to figure out where I could leave my car for the 4 hours, since the entire premises has NO PARKING signs everywhere. I ended up having to check the truck out, then drive my car somewhere else to leave it, wasting valuable time. The inside of the truck was dirty, the check-engine light was on, and the floor of the truck was HOT. It was very difficult to pick-up and check-in the truck at this location. But, the 24/7 customer service on the phone was helpful.
