No customer service what so ever ! The truck seems like the transmission will be going out, good thing we had no hills or else that truck definitely would not have made it. That truck should not be in service

If the place where the person picking up the vehicle not a regular U-Haul dealer. The place should have a person waiting there for the vehicle to be picked up at the time stated. The person may have questions that need to be answered. I had a hard time getting the vehicle.
Richard WWebsite needs to be updated. Instead of trying to get customer to purchase all of these additional moving supplies, rental lockers etc. perhaps the website should put more detail into the actual truck rental agreement. Minimum of 25 miles should be advised. Additional cost associated with Going over estimated milage should be clearly stated. These were not indicated clearly on website but the truck rental agent I spoke to in person clearly advised these issues.
