The man wasn't helpful at all and seemed constantly annoyed. We asked him to add an additional driver, and he refused, stating that 'it is not necessary.' I'm sure that if something had happened, we would have been in big trouble. The truck's check engine light was constantly on. When we told him, he claimed, 'it is a tire pressure issue.' We replied, 'It is not the tire light that is on, it's the engine light.' He just said, 'I know, but that's the tire.' On top of that, one of the truck's tires was in terrible condition and definitely not safe. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

CHARMAINE LIf the place where the person picking up the vehicle not a regular U-Haul dealer. The place should have a person waiting there for the vehicle to be picked up at the time stated. The person may have questions that need to be answered. I had a hard time getting the vehicle.
