Timothy F1. It's always easy , and no problem when I rent from T&F Towing. Frank is a good dude. Real easy to get along with, and almost no problems with him, or his company. Joshua SThe man wasn't helpful at all and seemed constantly annoyed. We asked him to add an additional driver, and he refused, stating that 'it is not necessary.' I'm sure that if something had happened, we would have been in big trouble. The truck's check engine light was constantly on. When we told him, he claimed, 'it is a tire pressure issue.' We replied, 'It is not the tire light that is on, it's the engine light.' He just said, 'I know, but that's the tire.' On top of that, one of the truck's tires was in terrible condition and definitely not safe. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
Emanuele PCheck in was very good. Customer service was excellent. All drop off procedures were explained to us. Everything went smoothly for our move.
