JOHN LSign on the locked door said leave the keys in in the vehicle even though it was during "open " hours. Finally got a man to open the door because I needed to show him a bent place on the driver's door which was present at pickup. Didn't want to be penalized for it after the fact. He was not enthralled that I knocked on the door!
