The woman who helped us was very nice and helpful and even made a quick truck swap for us after the first one we had gotten had an issue of bad battery. She didnt complain about me wanting to swap trucks, but was so understanding and helpful! Best Uhaul rental experience I have ever had....and I have rented Uhauls alot!

Easy in and out
