I returned the trailer a full 36 hours before my scheduled drop off. The lady told me she would get it checked in and email me a receipt. The unit wasn’t checked in until 2 PM the next day. I dropped it off Friday 13th at 9:30 AM. I’m assuming I should’ve had a refund since I dropped it off a day earlier, but it appears it was the check-in was delayed so no refund could be issued?
