This was an open trailer, kept outside and the bed had a lot of trash in it.

Went into business on 1/30/26 and ordered Truck for 1/31/26 pickup. Got notice that nite it was picked up on 1/30/2026. Contacted U-Haul on line I had NOT picked up the truck but my credit card had been charged! No reply! On 1/31/26 picked up truck and told Dealer. He said it would reset itself. It didn’t! I got notice online it was due returned that same day! Called U-Haul! Was told they would report problem, got several notices it was due back that day! Rushed and rushed to get back early and check in place told us they would write a report! ! Tried to call them but there appears to be zero humans at U-Haul! Horrible service! Except at chick in place in Northport. Alabama. Will search for rental elsewhere next time!
MIA MDid not know insurance or whatever was attached to my $60 trailer so bill over $100 but without contract in hand, did not know.
