How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one was there at the time of my drop off, 10am on Wednesday, July 29th. I left the key in the Dropbox. I was charged then for an extra days rental that I did not request. The electronic rental agreement stated that this was the drop off date & time (not requested by me but shown in the U-Haul app).
