Went to business to look at trucks since we had a bad experience with Budget moving trucks. U-Haul Owner, “I don’t get paid enough from U-Haul to care if the truck is in working order or not”! Owner called morning of and said keys are in truck, I’m not coming to meet you. We arrived to get truck and all trucks had keys in ignition and building locked up. Other customers standing around trying to get owner on the phone. We took our own pics of the condition of the truck and gas level with odometer reading. Good thing we did…if it weren’t for our pictures, we would have been charged extra.
