When someone calls to get unstuck and they owe money ask for a payment instead of trying to repo a 100%disabled marine corp veteran stuff. I had the cash i got trap in a flood in welch. Worst service ever!!
BRIAN DIt was an easy drop off. I called the number and the gentleman told me where to park and drop off the keys. I never actually talked with a person.
ANDREW HReserved a 26' truck well over a week in advance. Was "guaranteed" to have a 26' truck available to pick up. When I arrived at the location the personnel stated that there was no 26' truck there and he had not had one in months. The personnel at the location did go out of their way to travel to another city and personally deliver the truck to my house. Unfortunately this delayed my moving by nearly a full day.
