💯 satisfaction and if you need work on your vehicle, K.D Automotive is right around the side next to Williams, the main road through Fallon, Nevada. To have this U-Haul location next to this mechanic is a win win.
MICHAEL SI didn't put fuel in the truck, I had a horrible moving experience because of lack of help. So I actually forgot about putting fuel in it. My apologies.
Pamela SI disliked having to download the app - another app on my phone. I disliked not having in person customer service. I disliked the entire mobile check-in process it was difficult and inconvenient. It was the worst experience EVER. The padlocks didn’t work properly I had to use the second padlock after the first padlock would not open - when I was trying to get the truck key out of the lock box. The only positive thing out of the U-Haul rental was there were grey gloves, Clorox wipes and Lysol spray in the truck to use. I hated the entire mobile check-in process it was horrible and confusing and took a long time I was late getting to meet the movers because the check in process took so long. Definitely a thumbs down!
