All was good maybe a pre instructions email with a little more details but everything went smoothly
CARRIE KUhaul failed to honor our initial pick up location and rerouted us an hour away with less than 24hr notice. I cancelled that reservation and called this dealer directly who was only 25 minutes away and thankfully they had a truck available so that our moving day was not disrupted. Uhaul did not even mention this dealer because they were located across the state line. We will never use U-Haul again as a company.
