I picked up the rental truck at 0700, a couple hours before the store opened. I was told the day before that I would receive instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox. I never received any instructions. I had to figure out the process on my own. Communication could have been a lot better.

MITCHELL TThe process is very tedious. There was barely enough room to take photos of the truck and the app wasn't well designed for android users. I would suggest people drive further to go to a manned location, not an auxiliary location.
