Required to many additional contacts to rent a dolly for a day. If I hear they start getting spam I won't be back. Other then that it was fine

JAN SI picked up the rental truck at 0700, a couple hours before the store opened. I was told the day before that I would receive instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox. I never received any instructions. I had to figure out the process on my own. Communication could have been a lot better.
