Not sure. My experience with Kevin Cromartie has always been great.
MICHAEL GI prefure meeting and paying in person. I feel like I was very much over charged. 160. For 5 hours and 18 miles is to much even if I didn't replace the little bit of gas I used.
Sue MLocation was not well maintained and equipped was damaged upon arrival. Representative attempted to cancel my uhaul trailer rental before I even pickup the trailer. Was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone ti rent from this location ever. This has been a horrible experience for me and I have rented from Uhaul several times before in the past but I would never rent from this location ever again. And am now skeptical from wanting to rent from any Uhaul location anywhere if this was the experience would possibly receive ever again.
Andre RHad an appointment at 12 pm had to leave my son's football game early because the location had to close before then so that I could pick up the trailer was quoted 90 dollars which did not include the tax ended up being $135 should be more transparent on pricing also had to make multiple phone calls to verify the information of my vehicle and they had it wrong every time
