The self check in was difficult. There were issues with allowing the location. My sister literally works at AT&T and knows phones forward and backward and could not make it work on my Samsung Galaxy. Thankfully she had an iPhone and we were able to use her phone instead of mine. Also there were no instructions in the emails sent. It didn't say you needed to download an app or anything. We had to figure it out ourselves. The truck had a broken visor on the driver's side and hit me in the head constantly as I drove. Also leaving the truck with only quarter tank of gas and wanting me to fill it back to that is ridiculous. If I had very far to go I would have had to fill up first instead of being ready to go and secondly it's very difficult to guess how much gas to put in to reach a quarter tank, especially with a vehicle you aren't familiar with. Any other time I've used a uhaul it was full of gas and you brought it back full. That's much easier to do. I also was charged for a dolly I didn't ask for and it's actually on my invoice twice. It was laying on the floor and in the way the entire time. I would like refunded the charges for the equipment that I didn't use or ask for.

The electronic check in was a MESS
Mary HI called prior to making the reservation and was told the price for the trailer would be $45 and a $75 hold on my card until the trailer was returned. When o picked the trailer up I was not charged any hold but I was charged $90 for the rental. That’s twice as much as I was quoted. That’s complete bull crap to be lied to about the price over the phone.
