Horrendous process. No live person. All automated took an hour to pick up and 30 minutes to drop off. Avoid if humanly possible.

Not a lot of parking space for big trucks

HEATHOR CThe store needs to keep a person or person in the store at all times because everyone cannot use the app on their phone or may not have a phone and need the uhaul right away.
