The key box i retrieved the key from was a bit high for my height.
ANGELA RI was taken aback when there was no personnel to help me with my rental reservation. I was even more frustrated when I attempted to return the truck. I had no understanding how to use the kiosk nor how to get information from my phone. I ended up dropping the truck off and leaving very angry with this interaction. There should be a person on site to handle the rentals both pick up and return. If this isn't possible, I need to find out how and where I can obtain a vehicle where there are personnel available to help me.
