The customer service was amazing but I returned the truck Saturday evening and the card has been charged again. I didn't keep it until the next morning at 9am I brought it back the same day bc we finished and I took pictures bc the app wouldn't work so I didn't know exactly how you all would know I returned it and I filled the gas tank and have that receipt and picture and as well. But again the customer service was amazing no problem there at all.
Coretta GYour U-Haul almost killed my family. One of the tires started to come off while in transit. Every lug nut on the tire was loose.
TRISTAN RJust need to inform of mileage cost for local and state. So we can plan for this additional cost. Don't put it in small letters.
