This location maybe should not have been suggested and booked by the UHaul website. There are 3 other Uhaul locations within a block or two and the agent at this storage facility that also does U Haul thought a mistake had been made in booking us there. He was able, though, to finish the checkout and have us on our way.

ANTHONY RThey over charged me and when I called them they said I had to call had to call Uhaul myself cause they are a third party. Very inconvenient and never should have happened. Also The back of the truck was dirty. I would never rent from that location ever again and would not recommend them. Customer service was terrible when I called to tell them they over charged me.
