Signage was extremely limited. The building is large but it's not only a UHaul store. Notifying customers that UHaul is there is very poor. Uhaul service needs to be branded/marketed better.

Dropped off after hours
GLENN GOur issue isn’t really the location but that we were switched locations which meant we couldn’t start packing for another hour, then the location didn’t have our appliance dolly which was a must have. We had to travel to another location to pick up the appliance dolly. Then a sales rep called and said I still owed for the appliance dolly after all that bad service. When I make a reservation, I expect to get the equipment I ordered at the location.
