It was a little confusing that I had to go BEHIND the location. The truck was fine, but the interior was a little dirty.

All my issues were with the app. I do not like that the website claims I can pickup and drop-off on the app, it doesn't work, and then I get charged a fee for it not working. Thankfully this location has people on site even when they weren't supposed to be open to help me. Lifesavers.
